Flood recovery slogans multiply around North Korean capital

Pictures taken in October further proof the labor campaign has changed direction

Banners encouraging North Korean citizens to help with flood repairs as part of the repurposed 200-day labor campaign  have sprung up around Pyongyang, photos recently obtained by NK News show.

Compared to slogans seen around the capital just a few months ago, which called for absolute fidelity to leader Kim Jong Un, the newer banners were mostly on recovery work for the flood-hit areas in North Hamgyong Province.
