Belarus has notified the UN that it has identified and blocked North Korean-linked bank accounts within its jurisdiction, an implementation report obtained by NK News shows.
The report, sent to the Committee established pursuant to Resolution 1718 in September, is only one page and mainly identifies the implementation of financial elements of UN Security Council Resolution 2270, unanimously adopted in March.
