North Korea opened an embassy in the Belarusian capital Minsk on Monday, according to an article published by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) on Wednesday.
The embassy opening was attended by an unnamed department director of the North Korean foreign ministry who was in country from September 18 – 20 as part of a working delegation, another KCNA article published on the same day reads.
