A large new immigration building at the Hunchon crossing on North Korea’s border is nearly complete, photos taken from the Chinese side show.

The photographs taken by Flickr user Brian Zhang Larsen show several North Koreans apparently cleaning the exterior of the building, which looks otherwise finished.

One section of the building is colored like the North Korean flag and a sign on the front of the new office indicates it is a new customs and inspection facility.  The building is next to the existing bridge, though another upgraded one is also under construction.
