Inspection revealed nothing unusual, although the cargo was infested with rice weevils

A ship sanctioned by the U.S. was allowed to call in at a South Korean port, where it remained for two days before setting sail for China, the NK News ship tracker shows.

The Belize flagged cargo ship arrived in Ulsan port on May 26 and set sail three days later, data from Marine Traffic shows.
