North Korean Premier of the Cabinet Pak Pong Ju yesterday outlined further details of the country’s five-year economic growth plan, according to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) on Thursday.
The five-year economic plan (2016-2020) was first provisionally outlined during the Seventh Worker’s Party Congress in May and was discussed again during the Fourth meeting of 13th Supreme People’s Assembly (SPA) in Pyongyang on Wednesday.
