On July 27 North Korea will host a groundbreaking ceremony on a joint highway construction project with China, South Korea's Tongil News reported on Wednesday.
According to the report, this joint project has commenced with the cooperation with China’s Liaoning Province, which borders North Korea. This highway, once completed, will connect some of North Korea’s major industrial and trade hubs.
