North Korean diplomat in Nepal in drink driving accident

Only minor injuries, property damage suffered by local doctor riding on motorbike to hospital

A North Korean diplomat in Nepal was taken to the hospital and later to a police station for drunk driving on Monday after crashing into and injuring a doctor who was driving to hospital, local media reported.

Ri Chong Ho, who works in the North Korean embassy in Kathmandu, was driving a diplomatic vehicle when he collided with a local doctor named Bijaya Pandey. The accident happened at around 10 a.m.
