North Korea announced the election of leader Kim Jong Un as a delegate to the 7th Party Congress during a conference held on April 12 and 13, according to state media on Thursday.
The conference, which was made up by members of the Korean People’s Army (KPA), was also a review and election of the military's Party Committee, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported.
