South Korea enacted a new set of autonomous sanctions against the DPRK on Tuesday, building on last week’s resolution from the UN Security Council.

Seoul added a number of individuals and companies to the list proposed by the UN, while also tightening maritime and trade loopholes.

“There are now 34 organizations and 43 individuals on the South Korean government’s new list.
