As Seoul stays firm on pressing N.Korea, concerns that Beijing, Moscow may turn to dialogue: expert

Seoul’s Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se on Monday morning said that South Korea will continue to carry out a policy of “diplomatic pressure” toward the North.

Speaking at his ministries Seoul headquarters, the minister spoke to journalists highly about the recent adoption of UN Security Council resolution 2270, describing it as the strongest-ever internationally approved series of sanctions to be applied against North Korea.
