A South Korean think tank said the international community must shift gears in designing sanctions to pressure North Korea's economy, from those restricting North Korea's commodity trading to those striking its labor force exports.

The Korea Institute for National Unification (KINU) on Monday published its analysis of how the international community can impose effective sanctions on North Korea's sources of funding.
