N.Korean university reaches finals of intl. programming contest

North Korean universities have posted good results in competitions – at least when they show up

Students from Kim Il Sung University, North Korea's top institution of higher learning, have received the opportunity to participate in the finals of the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) in Phuket, Thailand from May 15-20.

The ICPC is an international programming competition sponsored by IBM.
