China monitoring radiation levels after N. Korean nuke test

Radiation levels so far normal, according to a statement from China's FM spokesperson

China’s environmental agency is conducting emergency radiation monitoring, in order to detect signs of North Korea’s nuclear test conducted on Wednesday, according to local media.

Speaking at a regular press briefing, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said that as of yesterday no abnormal radiation levels had been detected.
