N. Korea connecting up more power plants

KCTV report shows power line infrastructure going up in the Huichon region, site of numerous hydro projects

North Korea is constructing power lines to connect up hydro power plants in the DPRK’s Huichon region, according to a report from Korean Central Television published yesterday.

There are 10 generators in the area of various sizes on the Chong Chon river, though most are not yet operational.
