Marathon talks between the two Koreas ended without resolution at 4.15AM on Sunday and will continue from the afternoon, South Korea's Presidential Blue House said early Sunday.
The talks, which started late Saturday at the border village of Panmunjom and had been initiated by the North Korean side, came simultaneous to the passing of an ultimatum for Seoul to stop anti-DPRK propaganda broadcasts.
