North Korea has notified South Korea via fax on Monday that it will return two ROK nationals currently held in the country, the Ministry of Unification (MoU).
The 59-year-old male and a 51-year-old female are alleged by North Korea to have made an illegal crossing along the Chinese border, with the Associated Press reporting that the pair were arrested May 11.
