Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon suggested on Sunday that the Seoul government could restore trust-building inter-Korean exchanges through assorted projects, suggesting a “Seoul Industrial Complex” as an example.
The Seoul Economic Daily quoted Park as citing not only the ongoing Kaesong Industrial Complex but another joint venture complex in Nampo, in North Korea’s South Pyongan Province which opened in the 1990s but has since closed.
