North and South Korea reached an agreement on the Kaesong Industrial Complex (KIC) wage issue on Friday, the Ministry of Unification has announced.

The MoU said the two parties agreed on a minimum wage of $70.35 per month, the original minimum wage before the DPRK’s unilateral labor regulation revision earlier this year. Arrears will be paid after further negotiations.
