The U.S. House of Representatives is including a section in a draft of the National Defense Authorization Act that seemingly re-lists North Korea as “a state sponsor of terrorism.”
This gained attention earlier this week, with one of South Korea’s prominent dailies declaring that Congress was “to again designate” the North as such, though Pyongyang was removed from that list in 2008, and only the U.S. Department of State can officially deem the North a state sponsor of terror.
