Pyongyang appears receptive to business committee's requests, keeps rigid stance toward Seoul over pay raise

SEOUL — Pyongyang has responded positively to the delegation of Kaesong Industrial Complex companies regarding the minimum wage issue, even while reaffirming its rigid stance to Seoul's Unification Ministry.

The delegation of the Association of Kaesong Industrial Complex Companies visited Kaesong and met North Korean authorities on Tuesday.
