The head of defector-activist group who had announced plans to launch balloons with regime-criticizing leaflets said Monday that he will cease sending leaflets to the North "for now."
Park Sang-hak, leader of Fighters for a Free North Korea, told the Yonhap News Agency that the group would not go through with its plan to send the leaflets around March 26, nor would it send them on any other date for the time being.
