The foreign ministers of South Korea and Russia met in Germany on Monday to discuss North Korea’s nuclear program, possible steps to restart the long-stalled Six-Party Talks and Russia’s warming ties with the DPRK.
The meeting between Seoul's Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se and his counterpart Sergey Lavrov took place on the sideline of the 51st Munich Security Conference, with a South Korean press release indicating that the two were in agreement over the North Korean nuclear issue.
