Two North Korean officials from the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled (KFPD) will be engaging in a discussion on disability rights in North Korea at an event at the University of Oxford on February 21.
The officials are accompanying a troupe of disabled North Korean youths on a European tour as part of an "Artists Para-Ensemble”, which will be performing in Oxford on February 20. The seminar has been organized by DULA, a non-governmental organization (NGO) focused on improving disability rights for children in North Korea.
