North Korea’s foreign minister Ri Su Yong departed Pyongyang on Saturday to travel to Mongolia and Switzerland, according to state media over the weekend.
The one-sentence article published by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) did not indicate the purpose for the visit to Mongolia but said that Ri would be in Geneva in order to attend the UN Human Rights Council, which will run from March 2-27.
