North Korea has appointed Sin Hong Chol a vice minister of foreign affairs, the Korean Central News Agency revealed Wednesday.
Sin, a former ambassador, became a vice minister in the DPRK’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs some time before Wednesday, when he attended a reception by Cuban Ambassador to the DPRK German Hermin Ferras Alvarez at the Cuban embassy in Pyongyang.
