North Korea has evolved both its nuclear and cyber capabilities, and could also have ballistic missiles that threaten mainland U.S., according to a South Korean Defense Ministry white paper released on Tuesday.
While the report stops short of claiming that North Korea can miniaturise nuclear warheads and mount them on ballistic missiles, it does indicate that the DPRK now has a “significant level” of the technology required to do so.
