The UN General Assembly officially voted on Thursday to recommend that North Korea be referred to the International Criminal Court.
In a move that was expected following the resolution’s passage in the third committee last month, 116 members states voted in favor of the non-binding resolution, with just 20 opposing and 52 abstaining.
