A trilateral project involving North Korea, South Korea and Russia is set to undergo a test-run on November 28 that will see 40,000 tons of Russian coal shipped to South Korea via the North.
The test-run is the latest development in the "Rajin-Khasan project" between North Korea and Russia, which has also seen investment from a consortium of South Korean companies which purchased Russian shares in the project.
