North Korea rejects draft, says it won’t engage in dialogue following Tuesday’s vote

North Korea has reacted angrily to the adoption of a draft resolution on its human rights situation, which passed a UN General Assembly committee vote on Tuesday.

State media outlet the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) published an article Wednesday containing forceful statements from the DPRK's UN delegation in response to the vote.
