News North Korea criticizes South Korea’s planned unification charterState media calls charter mockery and insult toward the Korean people North Korean state media today has again attacked South Korean President Park Geun-hye’s plans to establish a “unification charter,” arguing that it is guise for “unification by absorption.” The charter was first proposed at the inaugural meeting of the Presidential Committee for Unification Preparation in August.
