North Korean state media has criticized the Obama administration on Monday for seeking military action against the Islamic State of Syria and Iraq (ISIS), calling it an example of U.S. "aggression and plunder".
The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), summarizing an article in party organ the Rodong Sinmun, said that President Obama’s promise to "track down" ISIS in foreign territory is evidence of a wider plot by the U.S. to pursue world domination.
