South Korea sent a two-page letter to the North across the border at Panmunjom Tuesday, continuing discussions over the DPRK's participation in the Asian Games.
The letter, signed by the organization committee for the Incheon Games, notified the North that the size of their delegation has been accepted and that North Korean athletes would receive administrative support for the duration of the games.
