A South Korean delegation will cross the DMZ next week as part of commemorations of the death of former President Kim Dae-jung.
The group will include the former president’s son and four former aides. On Sunday, they are expected to receive a wreath from the North Korean government to commemorate the anniversary of Kim’s 2009 passing in the border city of Kaesong.
