South Korea’s chief nuclear envoy Hwang Joon-kook said on Monday that discussions over the conditions required to resume six-party talks between South Korea, the U.S. and China are taking place.
Hwang made the comments during a three day visit to the U.S, where he is discussing security affairs on the peninsula and the possible resumption of nuclear negotiations with U.S. officials, including U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Policy Glyn Davies.
