North Korea has renamed the Ministry of Foreign Trade, reorganizing and merging it into the Ministry of External Economic Affairs, state media said Wednesday.
The state-run Korean Central News Agency announced that the Joint Venture and Investment Commission of the DPRK (JVIC) and the State Economic Development Commission (SEDC) would be merged with the ministry following the move.
