South Korean President Park Geun-hye outlined a roadmap to reunification – built on a three-point strategy to improve living standards in North Korea – at a keynote speech Friday in Dresden, Germany.
The speech, which took place in the symbolic eastern side of Germany, came just hours after North Korea issued a harsh rebuke to South Korea's navy for seizing a DPRK fishing vessel that had "lost its route due to engine breakdown" on Thursday near the disputed Northern Limit Line (NLL).
