South Korean company will send aid to DPRK

Pharmaceutical company Houns earmarks $280,000 worth of medical aid for delivery to North Korea

South Korean pharmaceutical company Huons announced on February 11th that it will send essential drugs to North Korea as a humanitarian gesture.

The company will send $280,000 worth of anesthetics, painkillers and antibiotics to the DPRK through the welfare network Human-earth. The Korean Newspaper Financial News reported that the drugs were already packed and ready to be sent on February 10th.
