Putin signs off on decree enforcing N. Korea sanctions

Presidential decree significantly limits Russia business with N. Korea

President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree increasing Russia's enforcement of United Nations Security Council sanctions against North Korea, the Russian government announced on Monday.

The decree, released via Moscow's legal information website, brings Russia in to line with Security Council Resolution 2094 and means that suspicious North Korean aircraft and ships should be inspected before being allowed to depart or land at Russian air and sea ports.
