SEOUL - Kim Kye Gwan, North Korea’s deputy foreign minister, met Russian counterparts in Moscow for five-hours of “marathon talks”, during which both parties emphazised the importance of resuming Six-party Talks and economic cooperation, a Russian foreign ministry statement said on Friday.
Kim arrived in the Russian capital on Wednesday, where he met with Vladmir Titov and Igor Morgulov, his local equivalents.
