SEOUL - South Korea on Monday reiterated its demand for safeguards at the Kaesong industrial park during talks with the North aimed at restarting the inter-Korean project.
The South insisted on such safeguards, both legal and administrative, for the purpose of protecting South Korean assets and staff within the complex.
