SEOUL – The 35 crew members of the seized North Korean Chong Chon Gang cargo ship are in good health, an International Red Cross team said on Thursday, but have refused to speak to authorities regarding the seized Cuban weapons on board.
A team of investigators led by Red Cross Panama President Jamie Fernandez said that "no one [within the crew members] complained about their treatment" by Panamanian authorities.
