Pyongyang calls Seoul 'impolite', Seoul says Pyongyang 'lacks common sense'

SEOUL – Both Seoul and Pyongyang have blamed each other for the failure of Wednesday's talks to materialize after a planned two-day summit collapsed following a disagreement over the level of chief delegates.

South Korea said the North Korean decision lacked "common sense", and had acted according to its usual "abnormal practice" by cancelling talks.
