Heavy-duty truck cranes and girder transporters that could be used to support North Korea’s missile program were marketed at the Pyongyang International Trade Fair in late September, photos obtained by NK Pro indicate.
A range of construction vehicles manufactured by the Chinese state-owned XCMG machine industry company – some with potential military-civilian dual-use applications – were advertised at the trade fair by apparent representatives of the firm, the photos show.
